Turnaround Time: Current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks but we strive to have them out faster! Our time frame does not include the weekends or holidays. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. If you have a rush order, please contact us for rush order pricing. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create.

Custom Orders: If you order a custom item, invoice must be paid within 48 hours or invoice will be cancelled. 

Shipping: All orders ship out within the 3 week turnaround [if not sooner]. We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship via email. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. A claim can be filed through USPS. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.

Refund Policy: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are made to order. If your item is defective, please contact us at lenandhaz@hotmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please allow 24 hours in business days for a response. We will correct any issue that was due to an error. With that being said, we stand behind everything we sell, and your satisfaction is our TOP priority. If you are not in love with your purchase for some reason, please reach out via email so we can work on a resolution.
